Gently part your lips while you make a whistling sound as you exhale through your mouth.

Close your lips to inhale for 4 seconds through your nose silently.

Hold your breath for 7 seconds.

Exhale as if you were whistling for 8 seconds.

Repeat this exercise four times in a row.
